According to the organic law 15/1999 of December 13 of Protection of Personal Information, we inform you that your personal information included in this form will be incorporated in the file "Users of Sports services" of Barcelona´s City Council with the purpose of "Managing the Sports Services promoted, developed or offered directly or indirectly by the City Council".
Your personal data will be processed by the company UTE ASO/RPM, Temporary Union of Companies, Law 18/1982 of May 26, as "company in charge of the processing" for the own management of the entity in this sports event and always under the guidelines of the person in charge of the file: Barcelona´s City Council.
For the management of the sports event, the company in charge of the processing will be able to manage, to proceed and to administer the participation of the Half Marathon of Barcelona; to manage the information proceeding from the Half Marathon, specially the times, the photography and/or videos of participation, and to make surveys, statistics and market analysis; to elaborate profiles of the participants in order to personalize and to improve our organization.
You consent expressly the processing of your information to the sponsoring companies present in the web for this purpose.
You consent expressly the treatment of your information for the indicated purpose. You authorize us to publish your result in this race and to send you advertising of other sports services promoted by Barcelona´s City Council, by ordinary post, mail, SMS or any other way.
You can exercise the right of access, modification, cancellation and opposition, contacting in writing the General Register of the City Hall; plaza Sant Jaume, 2, 08022, Barcelona.
In case the participant is between 16 and 18 years old, it is necessary the consent of the father/mother/tutor, which will be given in the moment of collecting the dorsal.
